MACHINE STRUCTURE
CM Macchine's RTI 400-600 brushing machine is made up of 2 synthetic and independent abrasive brushes with a diameter of 190 mm which deform the treated surface, giving the wood a particular "sandblasting effect".

WORKING PROCESS
The manufacturing process of the RTI 400-600 1-side brushing machine consists of three phases:
1. The workpiece is placed on the conveyor belt and pushed over the loading surface.
2. The conveyor belt drags the piece up to the brushes, where these remove the soft fiber from the surface being worked, leaving the veins and the more resistant fibers in relief.
3. Finally, the piece comes out of the machine and is supported by hand.
